Company Overview

UMBC is a dynamic and fast growing institution that has been named by US News and World Report as the top up and coming university for four consecutive years. UMBC is classified by the Carnegie Foundation as a High Research Activity research university. It is located in the Baltimore-Washington corridor close to BWI airport and many federal laboratories including GSFC. The university was founded in 1966 and has grown to approximately 14,000 students including approximately 3,000 graduate students.
