Company Overview
The School of Atmospheric Sciences at NJU (http://as.nju.edu.cn) established the earliest meteorology program in China, and has produced numerous scientific talents over the years. It is recognized both nationally and internationally for excellence in the education and research of atmospheric science, and is ranked among the top 3 of such programs nationally for many decades. The school consists of 52 faculty members, 21 research staff, over 400 undergraduate and over 200 graduate students. The school owns and operates an advanced weather observatory, a station for observing regional processes of the Earth system (monitoring land-surface processes, boundary layer physics, aerosols and atmospheric composition), a mobile C-Band Doppler radar, a satellite receiver, a high-performance computing center, and more than 20,000 m2 of office space. The campus is located in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu Province, with a population over 8 million. It is recognized as one of the research and education centers in China.
